Mr. Kem Sokha promises that if CNRP loses the 2018 election in Kampong Cham, he will end his political affairs and he also adds that CNRP will win the forthcoming 2018 election. Therefore, we should ask him to promise the same as in Kampong Cham i.e. if CNRP loses the 2018 election, he will terminate his political affairs. Dare or not?
